Returns and Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Software, digital products, and gift cards are not eligible for return
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective
  • For hygiene reasons, earbuds and headphones can only be returned if unopened

Return Process

1. Request Return

Start your return in your account or contact us

2. Package Item

Securely pack the item with all original materials

3. Ship Return

Use our prepaid label or your preferred carrier

4. Receive Refund

Refund processed within 5-7 business days

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account

    Go to "Order History" and find the order containing the item you wish to return.

  2. Select "Return Item"

    Choose the specific product(s) you want to return and select a reason for the return.

  3. Choose return method

    Select whether you want a refund or an exchange for the same item.

  4. Print return label

    Use our prepaid return label or choose to use your own shipping method.

  5. Ship the item back

    Package the item securely with all original materials and attach the return label.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you can request an exchange instead of a return. The exchange process works similarly to returns:

  • Request an exchange through your account or by contacting customer service
  • Ship the original item back using our prepaid label
  • Once we receive the original item, we'll ship out the exchange item
  • If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the difference

Pro Tip: For faster service, you can purchase the new item immediately and return the original for a refund. This is especially helpful during busy seasons when you need the replacement quickly.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards

Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days after processing.

PayPal

Refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued immediately after return approval.

Gift Cards

Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded as store credit.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you. Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim more quickly.

For manufacturer defects discovered after the initial 48-hour period, most products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product or contact our customer service team for assistance.
